The Visual Resources Center (VRC) contains approximately 100,000 35mm slides and a growing collection of digital images (currently numbering approximately 25,000). While the collection is comprised largely of art history and architecture images, the VRC serves all of Roger Williams University and welcomes new image requests from all departments. RWU also subscribes to ARTstor for faculty and student use.

The Visual Resources Collection provides faculty with images for academic instruction. Materials are selected in response to faculty requests and in support of curricular needs. Students have access to the collection by appointment only. Slides cannot be taken off campus.

Location:
The Visual Resources Center is located in the Architecture Library in the School of Architecture, Art, and Historic Preservation.

VRC Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
(Summer Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
