The F.I.L.L. is a faculty learning laboratory located in the University Library that provides a quiet location for faculty to work on course development and explore new tools with the ID team close at hand.

The lab contains:

  • Two computer workstations – one Windows and one Mac
  • HD Web camera
  • Microphone
  • Color printer
  • Powerful video editing station

There is also a small conference table with a wall-mounted screen along with power and data options for laptops and tablets. These resources will allow for individual and small group consultation and learning sessions with the ID team.

In addition to standardized software applications, the F.I.L.L. space provides a range of specialized software to enhance teaching and learning.

The F.I.L.L. is available for faculty use anytime the building is open and assistance is available from the ID staff. Help is also available by contacting a member of the Department of Instructional Design & Technologies team.  These team members are Linda Beith (x3134), Shawn Platt (x3001), and Kevin O'Rourke (x3637).
