Only faculty are allowed to set up course reserves.

Before submitting any request be sure to read our policies and procedures. Please be aware these have changed since 2005-2006.

Use Blackboard for Your E-Reserves and Save Students Time
We can still scan these items for you and we can work with you to load the documents into your Blackboard course instead of in our system. Students then will have to go to one location for all their electronic curricular needs.

Some things to remember about your course reserves:

  • Place only high demand items on course reserves
  • A general limit of 25 items per course due to space restrictions and potential copyright violations
  • Items will be removed off course reserves at the end of each semester unless you identify a specific course in the following semester for which they will be used
